Ivory Elephant Wines From Napa

Hi, My name is Dan Ceresia. I’ve been working in the wine industry since 2011. I started off as a wine buyer and sommelier, focused on being a consumer facing advocate for wine. As I fell more and more in love with wine, the next phase for my growth was to move to the production side. I arrived in Napa in 2014 to expand my industry knowledge base, research viticultural practices, and establish connections with local vineyard owners and winemakers. 

Over the past ten years, I’ve experienced an incredible array of opportunities that I’m thankful for. While obtaining an MBA from the Wine Business Institute at Sonoma State University, I completed a research fellowship in conjunction with Bordeaux University. I travelled to Bordeaux and learned from first growth wine houses as well as historic wineries in Croatia.

At the heart, my goal is to craft, create, and develop a family wine brand. I love wine because it slows down time. The culture of consumption around wine forces the individual to take pause, enjoy the experience, and perpetuate long term memories. Through tasting wines from across the world and exploring the connected cultures, I’ve accumulated enough knowledge and relationships to confidently release our family brand. I can say with surety that our premium calibre wine will satisfy the most discerning of palettes.
